Игра Necro Mutex - это мрачное и захватывающее погружение в мир киберпанка, зараженного некромантией. Сеттинг отлично проработан, и атмосфера отчаяния и безнадежности чувствуется в каждом пикселе. Боевая система, хотя и может показаться на первый взгляд немного сложной, со временем раскрывается и предлагает множество тактических возможностей. Управление ресурсами, грамотное использование способностей и выбор правильных улучшений для персонажей - залог выживания. Визуальный стиль нарочито грубый, но благодаря этому игра обладает уникальным шармом. Саундтрек прекрасно дополняет общее впечатление, создавая тягучую и тревожную атмосферу. Сюжет не блещет оригинальностью, но подан достаточно интересно, чтобы мотивировать игрока двигаться дальше. Единственным недостатком можно назвать некоторую затянутость ближе к концу игры, однако это не сильно портит общее впечатление. Necro Mutex - крепкий инди-проект, который определенно заслуживает внимания любителей киберпанка и RPG, ценящих глубину и атмосферу. Рекомендую!

Necro Mutex is a relentless science-fiction first-person shooter that favors immediate action, escalating difficulty, and long-term replayability over a heavily scripted campaign. Developed and published by Denormalizer, it throws players aboard an orbital research station where a catastrophic technological failure has transformed the former crew into violent creatures. With the station facing destruction, survival becomes a race through hostile sectors filled with enemies, weapons, upgrades, and increasingly punishing encounters. The basic premise works particularly well because it gives the game enough context without slowing down its arcade-oriented pacing. An operating system has turned against the personnel aboard the station, leaving the facility populated by deadly thanatoids. Meanwhile, an artificial intelligence has triggered the station's self-destruct procedure. The objective is therefore simple: fight through the infestation, become powerful enough to survive the escalating resistance, and eventually reach an escape pod. Storytelling remains secondary to gameplay, but the combination of rogue technology, undead-like enemies, and an isolated space installation establish…

I appreciate what this game tries to do, and the optional vr is pretty cool too, but man oh man did it seriously need more work before release.
