Bionic Hunter VR

[i]Game provided via the Steam Curator program.[/i] Simplistic wave shooter, it might even be an asset flip but I'm not sure. However, compared to the shovelware on the store this is actually better than them: The game actually starts and works Controls are smooth and accurate I can't recommend it at a full price though.

It's an arena wave shooter with full locomotion and snap turning. There are 3 maps. You unlock all 3 by getting to at least level 6 on the first map. I was able to do that on my first try on normal difficulty (you can try for hard difficulty). There aren't that many options available, but you can turn blood off or turn it green ... for the children. You can also turn auto reload on or off and turn the laser on or off for extra points. I played 2 of the maps. I didn't really notice any difference gameplay wise between the maps, except that the first map was freaking ugly as hell and the second one was more tolerable. There's lots of different guns you can pick up across the map and the nice thing about this game is how all the guns feel different. You'll have fast, soft-hitting pistols, or a grenade launcher or a slow-shooting but powerful laser rifle. You can pick up extra life or ammo along the way. There…

Fight against alien monsters in this simple first-person wave shooter FPWS. A fine FPWS just in that sweet spot. It has some pros and cons.The game is smooth and runs well. Sub-mediocre wave shooter.

It works, it's grey and grimy but it works the way it's supposed to. I bought it on sale for around 3$, that's around 1$ a level so that's fair I think. I would not buy this at full price.

VR wave shooter with boring gameplay and awful visuals. Pros: + Appropriately fast movement speed makes it easy to circle strafe or move backwards while shooting Cons: - Terrible guns: they shoot with pathetic pew-pew sound, have no controller feedback and look very similar to each other. None of them has usable iron sight, even slow firing rifles. A lot of weapons have ridiculously long reload times - Ugly everything, especially environments. Levels look procedurally generated using 2 or 3 rock assets. Enemy animations are really lacking, during attacks they slide toward the player instead of walking - Very low difficulty even on Hard, I ended all of my playthroughs out of boredom, rather than by running out of lives - Enemies are too quiet, most of them have no footsteps. You can get hit by a giant monster, that is standing right behind you, and the only way to notice that would be a slight red flash on the edges of the screen
