This is one of the best Need for Speeds I have ever played, full stop. I forgot just how dearly I missed the formula of a linear world racing game. Being able to go through both the cop and racer ranks was such a blast. Driving here also feels fantastic. The drifting reminds me a little bit of the Ridge Racer game on PSP. Loose enough to be able to kick out whenever you want, but not so aggressively tuned to where you are spinning out the second you go for a drift. Not a super long game either which I also do appreciate. Highly recommend this one if you haven't played it yet.1 found this helpful
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. Pure nostalgic heat — the chases still slap, the cops still feel dangerous, and the whole thing just works. Clean, fun, no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Makes you wonder how the hell this ♥♥♥♥ company managed to drop absolute bangers back in the day when they weren’t yet completely greedy as ♥♥♥♥. Now they just milk the corpse. This remaster somehow escaped the usual EA greed and still feels like the real deal.1 found this helpful

This has been one of my childhood favorites, and was very excited when I got news that it got a remaster. I was genuinely waiting to be able to buy this, and when I finally did, it made me relive my childhood, and more. The only issue: it somehow only launches when Discord is open.
Rivals Who? Yeah this game is harder than rivals. Take this game as a challenge only then you will be able to enjoy , The driving and the drifting mechanics are a bit hard to get used to, But apart form all that it is a really nice game its fun actually
