About Neko Loop
Neko Loop is a resource management roguelike with constant progression where every decision defines your destiny. Unlock secrets, defeat powerful bosses, and meet unique characters as you do everything in your power to help Selina break the cycle and find her way home.
Strategic Combat and Active Skills
In Neko Loop, conflict is the engine of progress. Combat and cards are the fundamental pillars for obtaining resources, experience, and vital equipment.- Semi-automatic System: Selina handles the basic attacks, but you have total control over active skills.
- More Than Just Attacking: Deploy shields, heal your wounds, or alter the rhythm of battle. Your reflexes and timing will determine your survival.
Manage Frustration: The Path to the Boss
Every step counts, and every action carries emotional weight. Most of your decisions increase Selina’s Frustration.- Risk and Reward: When frustration reaches its peak, a powerful boss will appear on the field.
- Strategic Preparation: Are you ready for the challenge? You must manage your progress carefully: place cards to defeat enemies, level up, equip powerful items, and learn perks before frustration forces you into a fight for your life.
Build Your Path: Cards and Equipment
Personalize every run with the two core pillars of the game:- Your Deck, Your Rules: Prepare your deck before the match. Obtain cards by defeating enemies and use them to alter the stage and gain benefits.
- Evolving Gear: Find and equip items that boost Selina’s stats and adapt to your playstyle.
Infinite Progression and Skill Tree
The adventure doesn’t end after your first victory. The game includes a full 7-adventure campaign and a dedicated expansion: Infinite Mode.- Hundreds of Possibilities: Each mode features its own skill tree. Unlock hundreds of permanent upgrades that will completely transform your future runs.
- Exceed Your Limits: Complete challenges, discover hidden secrets, and beat your own records in an infinite mode with unique mechanics.

feels like a loop hero 1 demo. limited tile interactions, optimal placement is too easy. the anime girls are cute but there are about 8 total frames of them. i've seen only 2/3 passive trees and 3/5 areas in 14 hours because it's very grindy but feel fine already leaving a negative review because at $16 this is a money grab.7 found this helpful
Quite honestly a nice little auto fighting type game. Having the skill tree to carry over buffs along with the ability to customize the deck of terrain you can include in each map makes it very interesting with customization. I think the one thing I would REALLY like would be an option to auto continue after each fight. I like to let the game just loop with placing cards after each fight and equipping gear during a fight. Having to press the continue button each fight is ok but having an option to just have it auto accept would help keep the flow going at least until you level up. Overall a wonderful game and definitely something I will be playing on the side when listening to podcasts or watching videos.4 found this helpful
Scratches the loop hero itch while they deal with...world issues. Similar but different enough to stand out on its own. Semi-difficult and a bit of puzzling to get pass each encounter and the game unravels nicely. A bit more thinking then required a Standard JRPG but everything can be solve with a bit of resource grinding as its spike your power quite a bit, but that a bit of a light puzzle itself so its still engaging. The difficulty also spikes quite a bit too but falls behind a bit towards the endgame as you can just mitigate, heal, lifeleech, stun, all your encounter. The biggest issue with the game is that it interesting powering up but eventually your build just converge and blobs into a homogenized to the point you just do everything well. Skill nodes are unlock through tiers where you eventually learn every skill before moving onto the next tier, before facing the boss you just cap HP, attack speed, summon speed, and summon count, etc. Same with the bosses, they just summon spam eventually letting you recover your spell.1 found this helpful
Leaving my initial review but changing my recommend, Came back with a different understanding of the game and enjoyed it more. I love to grind resources and waste time. If you dig this style of game give it a shot. --Original negative review -- Neko Loop is a game that I enjoyed immensely initially, but the grind really threw me off. After around 7 hours of gameplay I'm finally getting into my groove and everything is starting to click. My loops are tighter, I'm utilizing shovels, feeling good. Half an hour later the the boss arrives, I get roflstomped, lose 60% of everything I've earned leaving me with nothing to use for base upgrades and I just feel like I've wasted my time. Maybe it's just me and its simply the genre that doesn't appeal to me, but unless you love to grind resources and lose a lot you might want to pass on this one. I'm probably not going back to it.
Veo mucho potencial en este juego, ¡estoy deseando ver qué le depara el futuro!
