"nightmAR Protocol" is, well, don't let looks decieve you, this isn't a true FPS or anything. You teleport from point to point like a demented game of Myst, and fight some really sloppy enemies in what look like asset flipped backdrops. Also there's some junior high school anime club dropout fan-fiction writing to compound this disaster. Because what could be worse than a dumpster fire? A dumpster fire with cringe. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. The rest of it just looks bad... and it makes no sense for there to be a blend of crappy 2D and crappy 3D art unless, you know, the 3D stuff is just stock assets. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to …
