Underrated gem
Loved the characters, the story and the art but the gameplay/boss fights are kinda lackluster and bland
This game is easily my favorite game ever. The art style is distinct and unique, the soundtrack is fun and energetic, the characters are iconic, and the gameplay is engaging and fun. All of these work together to live up to the idea that video games are an art form. For an indie game, it is very detailed in ways that aren't noticed right away, but contribute greatly to the atmosphere, which tells me this is a work of passion and care. I am so excited for the sequel to release!
Really cool game with an even cooler soundtrack. Honestly you should play it for the soundtrack alone. While the gameplay is easy and sometimes repetitive, this game has so much charm and style that you just go along for the ride.
