About Observer: System Redux
Play as a neural detective hacking into suspects' minds and exploring their twisted dreams to solve a murder case in a dystopian 2084. Bloober Team delivers a psychological horror experience where you dig through people's deepest fears and memories to uncover the truth in a corporate-controlled world where privacy is extinct.
Game Features:
- Become a Neural Detective – You play as Daniel Lazarski, an elite investigator of the future portrayed by late cyberpunk icon Rutger Hauer. As an Observer, you hack into the minds of suspects to extract clues and evidence. Anything they felt, thought, or remembered can and will be used to solve your case.
- Eat Their Dreams – Using a device known as the Dream Eater, hack into the minds of the dead and dying to relive their final moments to explore their fears and obsessions. Delve into these twisted neural mazes and search for clues that can help you find the elusive killer.
- Take in the Atmosphere of 2084 – Enter a world ravaged by war and cyber-plague, where life is cheap and hope is scarce. Where most people will do anything to escape their grim existence. Virtual realities, mind-altering drugs, neural implants - pick your poison and drift away into a blissful oblivion. But remember, no matter how deep you go, you can never hide from an Observer.

Seemed to be interesting until the first neural interogation. 20 minutes of nonsense and no end in sight. Lost interest.1 found this helpful
Prettiest game I've ever played, every minute of it was an unique jaw dropping experience due to the excellent ambiance in combination with the graphical direction behind the whole game. While the story is alright, it is in my opinion not the main strength of this title, however that doesn't mean it's bad, it's just ok, which is better than bad. The real strength lies in the art direction, the ambiance, the sound design, the environments and the truly compelling philosophical theme driving the game, paired with a psychedelic microdose of good old light science tincture, these strengths (In that order) are what makes this game worth experiencing at least once in life. I'm not a fan of Bloober, but this game deserves all the praise one could possibly give.

This game offers an amazing story about an ideal afterlife. The combining cyberpunk theme with the story provides amazing scenery and great gameplay. The mechanics are incredibly well-crafted, especially when hacking into the minds of others. As you progress, the stories you uncover are deeply complex. You get to discover the darkest fears of those who chose isolation, adding a profound layer of psychological horror to the experience. To top it all off, the story concludes with an incredible plot twist that leaves a lasting impression. It's a must-play for any cyberpunk and thriller fan!
