How could you not love a cute little indie project! The story is so fun, and it does not overstay it's welcome. Not to mention that it is 100% FREE. Keep up the great work!

Absolute Cinema

OH MY GOD, LOOK AT THIS KNIGHT is one of those tiny games that I can finish before I even have time to properly settle into it. I play as a knight who is sent around helping villagers with their problems, which can mean anything from smashing cabbages and destroying scarecrows to fighting demons. The whole thing is very silly and does not take itself seriously at all. I like that because the game knows it is a short joke filled adventure and never tries to pretend it is something much bigger. The combat is very simple. I can move around, attack with my sword and grab things when I need to, and most of the enemies do not take a huge amount of effort to deal with. There are five main missions, and each one gives me another little situation to deal with while I explore the small areas. I actually enjoyed the straightforward gameplay because I was not spending half the game learning complicated systems. I could just pick up the sword and get on with whatever ridiculous thing the knight had been asked to do. The humour is probably what carries the whole experience for me.
