Olive's Art-Venture

Really cute little well polished game. Only improvement I'd want is having the shape inputs in the center of the screen around the character, and maybe a sound when your mana is full.

really short and cool game ngl, the music is amazing >:0

"Olive's Art-Venture" is a nice, short, top-down-pixelated drawing-action-adventure, starring the titular downtrodden artist, trapped in a magical supply store, frantically drawing spells to repel animated crafts-equipment. It takes just some minutes to beat, the spritework is simple but expressive, the drawing mechnaic is light, but creative and diverts from the extremely bloated auto-attack mechanics of the so called survivor-likes that this game clearly takes inspiration from. Plus agressive play is incentivised if you want to use your powered up form. And: It's free! Go check it out!

A reasonably short but incredibly fun game! As someone using a mouse it was a little tricky to make shapes both fast and accurate enough to defend myself, so the regular line attack saved me with its reliability. Totally recommend playing this if it interests you!

Well, from the time i played you might be able to tell, that the game is pretty short, but oh well, i love the idea, i love the art style, and i love the music, but bro, it took me 30 minutes to beat. wanted to have a bit more than that.

Fun little game if you have a drawing tablet. Give it a go!
