P0 is an experimental game about an experiment. It contains a dark story, large labyrinths and hundreds of challenges to explore. All these are based on its special action system and mechanics. Play the demo and follow the instruction to know more.
HOW TO PLAY THIS GAME
- The basic control and the action system are very simple. It is not about reaction and agility, but accuracy, knowing the mechanics, and finding the solution. You can restart the current room or jump back at any time.
- For most enemies, you need to beat them before you can leave the room, but you must leave before they completely fall down. Hitting them can *reset* the process of falling down.
Notice their remains remain there even if you leave and return, until you reset it somehow. So sometimes where they *die* matters. - there are many special mechanics and map targets to deal with. You can use Action Simulator\ to learn how to use them when you get something new.

Rather annoying game concept, already at the 1st level. The movement system is rather janky, diagonal movement-inputs (such as W+A or Up+Left arrow key at the same time) get quite often registered as only a horizontal or vertical input, which causes you to basically instantly fail in some levels, forcing you to fully repeat them again.6 found this helpful
P0 is a 2D retro pixel "puzzle" adventure game where you control a lazy 2D retro pixel blob in a badly rendered "distressed" looking 2D retro pixel environment. You're given keypress instructions from the game that you have to follow precisely to progress through the puzzle, making this a bit like a slow, boring kind of Dance Dance Revolution game on sedatives. On the upside, this isn't an asset flip, it seems to be a sincere attempt to make a game. Unfortunately, just because a game concept may seem novel and unique, it doesn't mean that it's a good idea. Resolution and controls are locked, and can't be changed or customised to improve the visuals or the control experience. A choice was made to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. There's a ridiculous $10 price tag for this amateur/indie shovelware, and it was dumped very quickly into cheap game bundles to extract as much money as possible from the project. Fun game! Took about 5 minutes to figure out the controls, and it's a pretty challenging game. Stimulates the brain cells, it scratches an itch in the mind, kind of like when you listen to classical music. Recommended.1 found this helpful
