I just really didn't enjoy this one at all. Panmorphia had a fair share of problems, most of which I figured were because this person was new to making games and it's clear that it wasn't supposed to be the greatest hidden object. Fair enough and I found it charming, cute and a fun time even if it severely lacked quality of life. This game does fix a lot of problems! It's nice that there's a clear spot to click to transition rooms, I like that it very firmly makes it clear that the first game was not a dream. I found the hint system to fit the game itself better? It comes across as a fortune telling scroll rather than "okay buddy listen up". I did find myself missing a few things that were originally in panmorphia. I miss that there's no transforming for new perspectives and different pathways. I miss the old ui layout for the inventory, as well as how that included the map and hints being separated and always visible buttons. To be frank though? This just wasn't really fun. I found that the game suffered from a massive problem of not really knowing how a player would interpret the options available to them. For the majority of the hidden objects, and tools you'd need to solve …
Could not progress in the game. Got the item needed to clear a puzzle hint refused to work. DNF'd due to issue.
OK. Quite short if you know how to utilise clues and when. If you are stuck there are hints. Still one panmorphia to go
Short and boring.
Really enjoyable game. And so handy that they have hints if you are stuck. Although I would advise that you explore everywhere once more before using a hint because things were often easily found had I not 'given up' so quickly.
Like the rest of the series, its well designed and puzzle people will enjoy it.
