About PANZERKAMPF®

Panzerkampf is a PvP team tank game with tank battles from World War II. You will play with historically accurate tanks and also experimental tanks that existed as concept ideas. Modern era tanks will come into play later on as well.

Key aspects of the game are the emphasis on a balanced game setup (no Pay2Win!), excellent gameplay and a clean and intuitive user interface.

CHOOSE A TANK AND GET INTO THE BATTLE

Select your tank, load up your ammo and equipment, give your crew members their daily orders and go directly into battle!

BEGIN UPGRADING PARAMETERS AND POLISHING APPEARANCE OF YOUR TANKS

Upgrade your guns, engines and other parameters as you fight. Send members of your crews to regular training exercises. Between battles, you will also be able to apply various camouflages, stickers, and badges to your tanks in the future.

PLAY YOUR OWN PERSONAL TANK BATTLES OR FIGHT SIDE BY SIDE WITH FRIENDS

Call to battle from your tank for yourself, or connect with friends in the game by simply counting down and entering the same battle. We are working on the option to form a platoon together and join a clan (tank brigade), which will allow you to cooperate in battles to achieve the highest number of victories, communicate with each other, or fight with other friends!

IMPROVE YOUR COMBAT SKILLS

Advance through battles, gain combat experience, improve your personal stats and fearlessly climb the in-game leaderboards. We will also be introducing new game modes later on, such as Death Match, Flag Conquest, and more!

FIGHT IN AN ENVIRONMENT RENDERED WITH THE MOST MODERN TECHNOLOGY

The game uses state-of-the-art High Definition Rendering Pipeline. Tank models and environments are highly detailed. Particle effects use advanced animation and rendering techniques. The tank sounds are those of real tank engines and weapons, including of course the legendary German 88!

Can't really recommend this game at the moment. Too early to tell if it will be any good or not. PROS: - None of the multiple layers of RNG or pay to win crap you find in World of Tanks. - Its free to play. - Mix of WWII era and modern vehicles (also limited). CONS: - Only 3 WWII tech trees (Soviet, German & US), plus 2 modern (NATO & Warsaw Pact). - Only 4 maps. - Just the 1 standard 8v8 battle mode. - No events or battle passes (yet). - Serious armour / ammo balancing issues in the mid tiers. Specifically tanks like the KV-1 and Sherman, which are almost impossible for lower tier vehicles to penetrate (even with APCR ammo). - Messed up matchmaking which creates 1 team of medium & light tanks, while the other has 3-4 heavies. - The bots used to fill out teams are utterly useless, which just adds to the one-sidedness of some matches. - You need a graphics card with 12GB VRAM or more to enjoy the highest graphics settings.

Heavy paywall warning. The game seems fine at first, but once you reach Rank 3 in the tech tree, progression completely blocks behind premium currency (gold). Free-to-play players get locked out of higher-tier tanks unless they open their wallets. Save your time and play something else.

This game feels like what world of tanks should have become... it is obviously a new game and is still in development but it looks like it is a solid competitor for wargaming's world of tanks. i love this game.

Way too expensive! You have to buy skins for the game if you want camo different from stock appearance. For the T-34/40, a tier 4 tank, it is $56! Ammo is absurdly expensive for the modern tanks, 500 silver a pop. Only 3 maps right now. You cant customize your tank at all unless you want to buy the absurdly expensive skins. And there is no way ingame to communicate that I can see with other players on your team, not even text. This thing isnt anywhere near what WoT is. It's free, so try it yourself. I expect you'll be underwhelmed.
