that game was made before Sex formula. the devs other game. and it's less good than sex formula. the game is not bad overall. But the vulvas aren't the greatest i saw. long story short. if you want a good pregnancy H-sim with great x-ray i recommend Sex formula instead. even at full price sex formula is worth the cash. one of the greatest, if not the best pregnancy h-sim ever made. refund here. i wouldn't say don't buy perfectLover, but rather buy it on an heavy sale

I must warn to other people that this is not a visual novel. It could be obvious but if you're looking for a game which has adult content with a date simulator or something similar like a story, this game is not for you. Perfect lover is a sex simulator, no more dialogues apart for the ones to give voices to the women. Already clarified that part, the game has a good visuals. For gooners this must be a super election. Besides, the great amount of options to change the body and some items is crazy. In that sense, the game is perfect.
