Pirates Never Die

This is the only game that I have ever asked Steam for a refund. In its current state, the game is VERY broken.

[h3]Why am I qualified to write this review?[/h3] I was curious and took the bait, buying the game for $15.99 despite the one negative review and the surprising lack of information. Like many of you, I’ve spent a lot of time in games, especially survival and horror titles, and I put about 2.3 hours into this one. [h3]Pros[/h3] ✅ Love the idea of zombie pirates. [h3]Cons[/h3] ❌ The story doesn’t feel fleshed out in the early stages. You're searching for your missing brother, but that’s all the backstory you get. ❌ The controls are a little odd (**⬅️** to draw/sheath your weapon? And no, I don't mean the backspace. I mean the left arrow key. Really?). ❌ The game provides very little direction or guidance on what to do or how to do it. ❌ This game was released in early 2025, and there hasn’t been a single patch or update as of this review. ❌ Your character gets hung up on the environment easily, and there’s no jump ability to help maneuver around.
