The game was abandoned. Without further development, the game lacks a lot of crucial features: - Clearer visuals for enemy effects - Ball options that lead to different strategies each run - Ball type indicators or indicators of the last ball you used, so you know if other balls will activate their effects - Mechanics balances. There's very little reason to pick some of the balls that show up, like the mousecatdog chain. The mechanics are also not balanced in terms of the enemy progression in each run, you can just farm the first enemy for money for example. It's sad to say but this game came at a time it could've become something but it didn't become something. Maybe the developer had some reason they couldn't devote time anymore, maybe the challenges of making the game were too much, I don't know. I only ended up here because I saw a video calling the game "new" and didn't realize it wasn't new, this was before steam added the "this early access game hasn't been updated in X time" feature. I hope the dev's doing okay, but I can't leave a positive review.

Definitely a work in progress, but still fun regardless. :) It's a sort've Plinko meet Peggle meets RNG strategy vibe currently with different biomes and monsters as well as a little shop to level up and balls to try out. A simple little time killer especially if you want to play something but don't want to invest brain power.

Each difficulty just feels awful, take something away from the play, buff the enemies, and get nothing in return for beating it other than something telling you that how many drops it took to win, which is highly dependent on straight up luck of the draw based on what balls you get and what enemies you face, you fight mouse in your first fight? Hope you dont bleed to death before you can get any damage on it, need certain balls for the effects with the color you painted your board? Best pray you get the right draw, and no reroll on higher difficulties makes it near impossible to do a build on colors, this game practically just flips you off the whole time you play, and the last difficulty just starts breaking your board, what a lack of balance they put into the difficulties, its hard for the sake of being hard, not to make it more fun, its not some normal fun challenge its just a middle finger to the player, only won half my runs cause i had alot of money and one shot the bosses with the mushroom that does damage based on money, build ment nothing
Casual Time-Killer
This Plinko-style roguelike is a unique and casual game that’s fun for quick sessions, but it still has a lot of room for improvement. The mechanics are simple and easy to enjoy, especially if you like watching balls fall and bounce off pegs. However, the roguelike elements can be frustrating, especially when bad boards or enemy spawns leave you feeling helpless. While bonus items and saving a ball each round help, they don't always make up for the game's sometimes arbitrary difficulty. The lack of a save feature mid-run is a major drawback, as is the absence of a pause menu. Right now, it’s best to think of it as a quick time-killer. The core idea is solid, and while the game is far from perfect, I still find for the price, it’s worth a try, especially if you're looking for something casual.

If Peggle was a rogue-like. Lovely indie game.
