Pocket Harvest

I know Kairosoft games are super repetitive and formulaic and I find that comforting and enjoyable, even. This one is a total drag. I'm going to 100% it eventually, but wow, it's just not as fun as literally any other Kairosoft game I've played. Progression feels sluggish and there was very little direction or guidance provided-- which isn't exactly needed, but I think it's nice to have game mechanics explained to you instead of having to figure them out yourself. I play a lot of Kairosoft, but this is not hitting the same and I think I would have refunded it I didn't have the kind of faith I do in this developer. For me, personally, this game is not fun. I am still playing as I write this review, but I am straight up not having a good time.

Discovering those interactions and building your farm around them is genuinely satisfying. 💬 The Farm Coming Together: There is a specific joy in watching your farm get busy with crops growing, people moving around, facilities running. I was just bored. Not something reused by Kairosoft but jesus does this game is a pinnacle of me saying "I need a fast forward feature" in Kairosoft games because godddd was it so slow XC
