About Polygon Hunter VR
Polygon Hunter VR is a fast-paced action game in the third person in which the character falls asleep in geometry class and transported to various scenarios based on countries in the world, in them he finds the polygons he saw on the blackboard and his goal is to destroy them to be able to wake up from his dream.
Polygon Hunter seeks the fusion of sensations that the games of the 90s gave in the arcade machines, with weapons suitable for various situations, pick ups that generate various effects to help the character to hunt more effectively the geometric figures he faces and many ways to combine all this to generate more and more spectacular combos.
CONTROL MODES: Polygon Hunter VR is designed to be used with a Meta/Oculus headset and its controllers, other headsets could work, but not tested
for Quest and Quest2 users: Oculus link, Oculus Airlink or Virtual Desktop is required to run this game

If I had to sum up what type of game ‘Polygon Hunter VR’ is I would call it Duke Nukem Vs Asteroids in a Maths classroom. It’s a crazy shooter in which you have to keep shooting various shapes being shot out of a cannon to make them smaller and smaller until they are destroyed. It’s as crazy as it sounds and while the game was clearly not made for VR it does work apart from the nauseating cut scenes. I think the words “cheap and cheerful” are best used here because you get a fun, crazy, weird game that you can easily find yourself enjoying with enough content and unlockables to justify the asking price, but at the end of the day, it is little more than a cheap indie mindless wave shooter with a small price attached. I enjoyed it, but I could see many others not feeling too happy with it.1 found this helpful
