Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands™

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands isn't a bad game, but that's honestly its biggest problem: there's just nothing particularly interesting about it. Coming off the Sands of Time trilogy, this feels like Ubisoft playing things as safely as possible. It brings back the familiar wall-running, climbing and time powers, but doesn't do enough to make them feel fresh. The environments are mostly generic palaces, caves and ruins, while the combat consists largely of being thrown into arenas with huge groups of repetitive enemies. The elemental powers add some variety, but the game rarely does anything creative enough with them to make them memorable. The story is equally generic, with an evil force threatening the kingdom and the Prince going on a very straightforward journey to save the day. What the game lacks most is any real soul or identity. Even the Prince himself doesn't feel like the same character from the original trilogy. His design, personality and overall presence feel disconnected from the Prince we spent three games with. such a nostalgic game for me, love the graphics ^_^

just now finished in my opinion story and combat was mid it was not like previous 2 parts otherwise they have the coolest mechanics iwith water mechanics. Another major one is there is no save checkpoint in this game it connects to ubisoft connect and auto saves. One more thing puzzles in this game are low cortisol u can walk in so many traps and time challenges to there is too much time. Overall i will give 7/10
