wish it was longer but it was so nice and so sad

A quite nice (though sad) short mini-game. Concept is nice all in all, would really fit to be build to a bigger game with more levels.

We play as a Trauma Cleaner, hired by a bereaved family to sort out the deceased's room and look for items that the family would like to keep. The soundtrack is really good. It's also a [b] free [/b] game, which is [b] always [/b] nice. The story is quite touching. You get to see the traces of someone who was grieving immensely, and how deeply that grief affected him. It's handled in a quiet way, without needing to be overly dramatic. There are some funny bugs, tho🤔 I could literally trespass through the bed, walking around in the middle of it like there was no bed at all😂 The game is also quite heavy on performance. I was stuck around 13 FPS😅 It's a good game. Short, but meaningful. I just wish it could have been longer.

Well, hey, you can't really argue against free. Now, that said, this is fairly short, and a bit clunky in some regards. Granted, that is to be expected with a free jam game, but if you are looking at this page wondering how much you can put into this...well, not very much. To the other side, how much will you get out of this? Uhhhh...hard to answer. It touches on a heavy topic, and that may impact your inherently more or less depending on what is going on in your life. Even so, the gameplay is not much, so I don't know how much "entertainment" anyone would be walking away from this with. Personally, after I played this, my reaction was "ah...well, I'm kinda bummed now...anyways--" But I'm also in a mostly ok place, more or less, right now, so the topic doesn't impact me at the moment as much as it might have even a month or two ago. So, again, mileage varies in terms of impact, but no matter what this still remains a short, free experience.

Short and sweet

Short, sweet and to the point. The mechanics are essentially walking around, pointing, and clicking objects to clean. It seems a bit basic, but if you enjoy a visual novel or a point-and-click experience, I'd give it a try. This seems like a great proof of concept for something a little more elaborate, but learning about the characters given in this small experience was more impactful than expected. I hope to see something like this in the future!
