Before I give my review, I'd like you to know that is review will change every update. This game is good, I've played the demo months ago. But there could be some things added to the game, or done to make it better: - Locked doors that you have to hack, and only open if your hacking skill is high. This can be bypassed with one time use keycards that have a chance to drop when you kill an enemy. - Being able to pump the M700 Pump Action Shotgun with one hand more easily, and load a shell into the chamber. - Being able to hold the pistol and compact SMG with two hands. - A revolver. - A gun that's basically the MP5, give it the HK slap as well. - Optimus Prime's Ion Blaster, and an Achievement for killing an enemy will mid-air. - Achievements - Bosses, please. That's what I hope will be added, unless they are being implemented, I'm sorry.

[EDITED REVIEW] alright, so, updating my review after some more time of gameplay and some patches. firstly:id like to apologize to the dev of this game for mistaking them for someone else, i should give proper credit where credit is due, this is all coming from the mind of one person and that makes it all the more impressive. i will format this in the form of a compliment sandwich. i will come out and say:even at this rather early phase i think im going to like this game more than compound, art direction is more to my taste, gun feel is better, feels more like stylized guns rather than outright toy pea shooters. i ADORE the more objective based atomics system, actually having things to do, moving around with an objective in mind gives the game a more directed feel, i do enjoy the "clear the room and move on" style of robotics as well, but i appreciate the presence of something that gives you something to accomplish under the pressure of constantly respawning enemies. i also hope that all those empty gun cubbies i see on the upper floors of the armory are an indication of how many guns the dev is hoping to add by the end...because that would be...a tantalizing amount of weap…

If you have ever played compound vr it feels like that but more open and with more weapon customisation currently the gameplay loop.. sucks even the dev has admitted that it dose and they are working to fix it i played the demo for it a while ago and i can say from demo to early access it has improved so i hope to see the game keep going up! im hopeful for what the game dose next

Solid groundwork for what feels like Compund 2, not much here yet but the future is bright. If you decide to try it, use the development version from the betas tab, you do get some pretty annoying bugs that i dont think were there otherwise but the updated gun handling is so much better despite its current issues Definitely one to keep an eye on :>

More of a proof of concept at the moment in terms of content than an actual game but it has potential.

It is short. not many rooms implemented yet. and enemies might spawn right next to you, kind of ending your run instantly. there are lots of bugs. but it is a great game all the same. at first i was bummed with the lack of controller based locomotion, dont like head-based at all. After having done a couple runs i decided to try the tutorial since i didnt understand how to use some health machine ingame... and there i found the options where hidden where i could change locomotion... still no controller based-loco, but some of the most fun ive had in compound, which this game takes heavy inspiration from, was with teleport... so i tried that one out.. and eureka! suddenly the game clicked and became both immersive and really really fun. still i die all the time, im much better without teleport.. but being better aint better than having loads of fun. I had lots more fun playing the lever named "robotics" or something than the one that the game defaults to having selected, which is nowhere near as fun for me. This game i will play loads. i know so, because of how much ive played compound from the first alpha build, which i still have saved with a bunch of other really old versions, …
