About Ravva and the Cyclops Curse

The game will take you through various stages with challenging designs, all of them aiming to test your skills and courage. Use 4 different types of summons to defeat foes and overcome obstacles, each minion being better suited for specific tasks. Find power-ups, scores and secrets around the stages while facing unique enemies and hazards. The game is inspired by classic NES games, including charming art style and fair challenges.
What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise Ravva and the Cyclops Curse for its charming NES-style pixel art, fun platforming mechanics, and accessible difficulty options that cater to both casual and challenging playstyles. However, some find the combat system overly simplistic, with enemy immunity to certain summons creating frustrating situations where trial-and-error replaces strategic choice, though the basic attack remains reliable.
Fun game, I recommend it! <32 found this helpful
Ravva and the Cyclops Curse reminds me of Shovel Night graphics wise and the way the level's start. The game however is very different from Shovel Knight not only because no shovel but you don't need to upgrade your tools. 8/10 (please use the tutorial i was stupid and didn't)2 found this helpful
Ravva and the cyclops curse is a great game. I feel like I could have played it on my old famicon.1 found this helpful
Fun little NES style game, really fun machanics and not insanely difficult while still having challenge1 found this helpful
Buy this game! Support the devs! This is a fun little platformer with amazingly adorable pixel art. The game also has a variety of difficulty settings for people who want anything from a chill walk in the park to people who want a bit more masochism in their cute indie platformers (in a good way). I'd say its well worth buying the full bundle with both "Ravva" games + the Phantom Library OST. I'm looking forward to Ravva 3, can't wait to see what Ravva gets up to next!1 found this helpful
Clearly someone's first game. Some experiments are just not very fun.
