RE-TAPED

RE-TAPED, a game created by the independent studio Logic Potion, pleasantly surprised me. Not only with its art style and musical composition, but also with its core mechanics - recording player movements and controlling clones with the ability to repeat or re-record them. This game only has 29 puzzle levels, but that's enough to immerse you in the game's mechanics. You'll also be manipulating buttons, levers, lasers, panels, and much more. The further you progress, the more complex and challenging the puzzles become. Their solutions also become more complex and unusual, and that works perfectly for the game! The only fly in the ointment I'd like to highlight is level 29, the finale. In my humble opinion, one of the final puzzles was TOO abstract and confusing. And the developer himself ultimately helped me solve it (which is also a plus for this game! After all, the creator actively interacts with the fanbase and helps players understand their own game). The game can easily be completed in one day (or 5.5 hours in my situation, without collecting all the achievements). Overall, my personal rating for the game is 9/10. It's a great game. Game is fun and itches the same scratch of many other nostalgic puzzle platformers and flash games like Portal and Fire Boy and Water Girl. Highly recommend for a good few hours of fun and challenge, and more if you try to find every collectible.

RE-TAPED is a really cool, good-looking and polished game. The recording mechanic is really nicely done and is a great feature that makes the gameplay feel really new and makes RE-TAPED stand out from others. I really like the aesthetics of the game and the music/sounds are really nice. The game is perfect for those who liked games like Fireboy and Watergirl and is a great puzzle game. vary good but difficult in a good way

Very fun 10/10 I really liked the unique mechanic and how there were opportunities to learn a new obstacle before getting to a more complex puzzle. I appreciated the hidden cubes and achievements. Also the music is cool and the little character is very cute :)
