-No in-game option for windowed mode -Forcibly switches on fullscreen mode when the game starts -Game game being relatively unoptimized -Intentionally disabled the out-of-the-box input ALT+ENTER to prevent manual switching to the windowed mode Talk about technical self-sabotage. It is as if the development goal was to make this game as technically inaccessible as possible. You have a feature for selecting the right monitor (read: a niche case) yet you do not have the standard feature of windowed mode that Unity comes with? "Disabling windowed mode" is one of those things that you do not want to do unless you are making the game for a specific device that does not support windows. On PC platforms, that is a straight up wrong thing to do. So you want me to play a poorly optimized Hades-wannabe in the modern native resolution of 1080p? Even the 720p resolution skips more frames than a fat man does with salads. I bet even a game this poorly optimized would run okay when downscaled to 400p or 360p. Too bad the developers went out of their way to make that Unity out-of-the-box feature disappear. A game this rudimentary should not even joke about taking 16 GB. 10/10 Game! First of all, what a hidden gem, I did not expect it to be this high quality. Combat is fun, fast paced, and punchy. Really fun rogue-like that lets you experiment with all sort of cool mods (there are no bad ones! It depends on what you are going for and how much synergy it has with your current set of mods when you pick up another one :D ) It has really appealing visuals that are almost "comic book-ish" and a sound track that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slaps. What else could you possibly want! Worth the price 100%, plus they often have deals with other great games when you buy this one and vice versa.
i love the dialogs, graphics funk like are awesome , the character is well designed.
Really nice game. Obvious comparisons to Hades, but for being a much smaller production, the quality is definitely there.
I got this in a bundle on Fanatical and want to give it a chance, but man if this isn't just Hades at home. It certainly wears its inspiration on its sleeve. The general art direction is so identical to Hades it almost borders on plagiarism. Sure, anything that mimics Supergiant's masterful art direction will certainly be beautiful; this is for the most part, but in being so derivative of one of the best games I've ever played, it fails to carve its own visual identity or memorability. Even so, it is still very nice to look at and I do really like the character portraits. I will always give credit to games for being fully voice-acted, which this is. I wish I could tick a neutral button because if you have played Hades (and now Hades II) and desperately want more, this should scratch that same itch, but if you want this to be a unique or expressive action roguelike in its own right, I'd pass. Like I said, it's like Hades but not as good. It's not bad necessarily, just mediocre; a poor imitation of that which came before it. Plus, with Hades II now released it just really hammers home the point of why play this when you can play Hades itself instead?
Its ok but nothing special its cyberpunk hades with nice graphics and dialogue, a bit limited on enemy variety but still worth playing buy it on o discount.
