okay i like your game but .....balance dude ....like ......enemies are insane and dying after finishing the first boss and unlocking the second area just makes me restart the whole thing is just ....a big turn off .....am someone with limited time to play daily due to work so this just gives me no sense of progress .....its like i could play for a full week and never get past the first area .....implement a checkpoint system after each boss .....i play solo so please consider solo players .....i really want to recommened your game but right now i cannot due to this ....everything else is fine ...thank you .4 found this helpful
The game is too hard for a solo player. The balance is way off. To have to keep restarting and getting almost zero progression upgrades is a big turn off. I would not recommend the game. I might even ask for a refund.3 found this helpful
The game is unpolished. Your soft locked into character and weapon progression. Blocking and dodging frame rarely works and when it does it slow. I wouldn't buy this game.1 found this helpful
I honestly want this game to be a success. I love metroidvanias (favorite genre, pre this current hype) and Coop games have been the reason I still play games at my age, so this game has a lot to offer someone like me. But the game ... The movement in any game should be the number one most important thing to fine tune and nail as a developer: does it feel fun to play. If the character is very stiff, or the fall speed is off, or the player has to do mental math to compensate for bad controls, camera, animation weight or anything a playtester feels is off you should fix that first before any boss mechanics, upgrade balancing or character selection abilities. This whole game feels bad to play. The enemies have no variety and I dont know/care why Im fighting them specifically. I dont feel any difference with any character, no personality, not even a vocal indication that Im playing someone different when I switch. The bosses are boring and give almost no indication they are about to do a move, you just have to know when to stop attacking and dodge/block before they attack. Cool little arcade style game, the music and gameplay really vibe with me. My only problem so far has been the weapon unlocks, I don't know if I'm just unlucky or doing something wrong, but I can't seem to get them.
