This game is incredibly boring. I actually love the PS2 aesthetic, but here it’s just a poor attempt. The visuals are completely ruined by some terrible screen filters. I get that they wanted to show how the protagonist sees the world through depression or meds, but for the actual player, it just looks awful and you can barely see items half the time.If that was the only issue it wouldn't be so bad, but the movement speed is just atrocious. If the main character walked like a normal human being, you could finish the entire game in 30-40 minutes max. I dropped the game in the labyrinth. No idea if it was near the end or not, but it's just unplayable with this sluggish movement. A monster just jumps out from around the corner and triggers a long, unskippable death scene. You can literally alt-tab, watch a YouTube video, or write this review while waiting for the monster to finish eating her just to restart the whole labyrinth segment from scratch. It's just annoying, not scary. This isn’t a game, it’s a total waste of time. Just another edgy, cliche sob story about a "special" girl who feels misunderstood by society. Save your money.4 found this helpful
its basically a short (or well, 1 and a half hour long depending on how fast you get both endings) film on a creative who had big hopes but now works a dead-end job in her lonely apartment. ngl i kinda enby this bish she literally has a spacious 1 bedroom apartment that would probably cost $3,500 a month where i live ;w; like bish, I WISH I can work one dead-end job and live a pretty comfy life moping around my apartment in my off hours3 found this helpful

I think the game was alright, story seemed dimpled but it works to it's favour as the scenery helps show how the character feels towards a specific subjects and how at the end the colours are used to show how truly lost the character is, overall i would recommend people to play it1 found this helpful
There are many themes in Restless Dreams I heavily relate to. Experiencing the slow creep of despair as time dwindles away, the crushing realization that the dreams you put on hold might just go unfulfilled forever, the mounting stress and desperation as you're faced with cold reality you've spent your life ignoring and avoiding...it's all too real. It was quite short, but I'm totally satisfied.1 found this helpful
