About Rewind
Try. Try again. In Rewind you can clone yourself and manipulate time to solve both the puzzles and the mystery of why you are here. Use the weapons at your disposal to eliminate your enemies, even if it's yourself. Can you make it to the exit? You can only count on yourselves.

Love this game. I'm not a huge gamer and I haven't really played many puzzle games and this is definitely something I can adapt to very easily. Great graphics, everything is fluid. Highly recommend.4 found this helpful
It's a fun puzzle game, although the game is a bit too short. The puzzles are easy to medium difficulty and the entire game can be finished in 4 hours or less. But they were a lot of fun. There are other puzzle games involving creating your own clone but this also involves a time travel aspect, kinda, that makes it a lot more enjoyable. The game has a portal-ish feel to it. Just like Portal, your goal in each level is to reach the exit. You need to figure out how to reach the exit level. For that you clone yourself and use the clone to help you get there. But you can't interact with the clone. The clone repeats exactly what you did the first time. The puzzle solving happens in 3 stages. First, you figure out what needs to be done to go through the exit. Then you need to figure out which version of you will do what. Finally, you execute your plan. I love the endorphin rush when my plan works out like it should, sometimes it might need a couple of tries to get things perfect, and I finally reach the exit. If you like puzzle games I highly recommend it, especially if it's on sale.2 found this helpful
Rewind is first person temporal puzzle game - you'll run each mission multiple times, while previous clones of yourself run around doing what you've programmed in previous iterations. Remembering and keeping track of what all your timelines are doing during each second of gameplay is inherently hard, but blessedly the missions are designed to ease you in. The mind-bending concept helps trigger a sense of accomplishment that overall more difficult puzzle games sometimes fail to deliver. The trappings are similar to games like Portal - irreverent story with Sci-Fi humor - the gameplay delivers the lion's share of the charm. You might find yourself dodging your own gunfire or mistreating your clones in ways you might not expect.1 found this helpful
This was a great game, took me around 2 and a half hours to beat. It seemed like there was nothing I could miss that was off the beaten path. After playing many time manipulation puzzle games i find this to be one of the most intuitive with up to 3 iterations that you can redo any point of, along with REWINDing any immediate mistakes you made. My biggest complaint, it seems like it had more potential and it ended a bit abruptly. - Easy to complex puzzles - Limited iterations = minimal frustration - No endless attempts of making mistakes before you fix it - Ability to alter the past without causing paradoxes - Paradoxes are still possible, rarely by inconsistencies of cutting the timing too close.
I love this kina games egen you han reverse time an see yourself doing what you just did. This kinda puzzle games are just so cool, however, I wish the game would be longer and that you could have more clones.
This was a fun game to play, as it explored the rewind game mechanic fully, a mechanic touched on an amount in The Talos Principle. This was a nice light experience that reminded of the first person puzzle games that it was clearly inspired by. The story was a bit lacking, though, in my opinion. Perhaps, this is because I have come to expect so much from such games because of Portal and the above mentioned The Talos Principle. Still, this was pretty darn fun, and, especially at price point, I would say it's worth it for the gameplay.
