About Risky Floors
A game in the rogue-like RPG genre adventure.
You play as a knight exploring endless dungeons in search of treasures and dangers. The gameplay has a tactical turn-based type. Each character step is accompanied by a time step in the game. In the maze of rooms secret doors can be found behind which there is an even greater danger and the number of heroes' lives is limited. Good luck, warrior.

I regret the time I wasted playing this. No events, quests, NPCs or anything of the like. You literally only do these three things: scan for doors, kill rats and open chests. "Progressing" down to the next level just resets everything, including every single thing you've gotten up to that point. Which leads to the question, what the hell's the point? Game screen is tiny with no options whatsoever. Pressing escape exists out of the game completely so if you intuitively press it hoping to access some options or exit your inventory, you'll close the game. Inventory is clunky, you can't just click and drag something to equip it, you have to click then drag then click again. Gold seems to have zero use. It feels like there was no love put into this game. Creator couldn't even be bothered to remove the item placeholder text on every item's description. Only cool thing about the game were the rocks which can be used as a ranged weapon. This just seems like a lazy cash-grab.12 found this helpful

Risky Floors is a very lazy incomplete 2D retro pixel ripoff of the old ACSII game, Hack/Rogue. Explore a procgen dungeon, kill stuff and collect stuff. The game isn't complete, your stats are reset every level so there's no progression. With the original Hack game, the idea was just to see how deep in the dungeon you could go before the RNG killed you. This game lacks even that basic aspect of the gameplay loop. Apart from that, deployably low quality, the developers didn't know how to make fullscreen work, and there's no UI scaling so everything is tiny on a modern display. This is really just bundle spacer abandoned shovelware and should be avoided. You can play Rogue for free in a browser if that's the kind of game you want.1 found this helpful
