The idea is interesting enough, but you only get 2 different characters to play with, and the majority of the metaprogression appears to be focused on unlocking things for your character, like more relics and upgrades to your abilities. I'll be refunding this as there's very little here, and I've seen no information if they intend to add more later. It's a full release, not early access, so I highly doubt it.6 found this helpful
The game is EA and extremely incomplete. While it's fully playable, but there are literally 2 base tower types, and the upgrades bring minimal changes to functionality.2 found this helpful
I love the concept and the initial gameplay isn't bad at all. HOWEVER: The game seems to be abandoned; the only news is about other games from the developer. There is basically no meta progression, just an unlock system. There is no ability to see where you are in the unlock system. The achievements are shown but don't actually work.
fun tower defense game but unfortunately need to refund the game since I didn't like the other game I bought with the discounted bundle, gonna grab this game again when it's on sale later
I really dig Rogue Kingdoms. I am not a huge TD fan, but the mixture of roguelike combat and TD is pretty nice.
Cool mix of TD and Roguelike. It may seem a bit basic at first, but it can get really challenging as you get into higher levels and such!
