Role Player: Full Immersion is a small interactive movie set in the woods of Pripyat in a Chernobyl exclusion zone. The first chapter is a short 30-45 minute experience with some choices that you can make to progress. The quality of the scenes and voice acting are fine, but some of the subtitles for English can pass by either too slowly or too quickly. Overall, it was okay for a free interactive movie, but I'd only recommend this to FMV fans or if you're looking for something to pass the time.

A small interactive movie. You wake up in the woods of Pripyat. On your way out you see a bunker... This is a small 30 minute first chapter. Since it´s free it´s definetly worth watching. If you like it you might consider the DLC which delivers two more episodes with way bigger budget. I can definetely recommend this one and the full version as well. The wole game costs one dollar and for that money you definetely get some good entertainment.

"Role Player: Full Immersion" is the first chapter of an abandoned and incomplete Russian FMV/interactive movie that plotwise seems to try to be a lame ripoff of STALKER. What do you do in the game? Watch the video, observe the laughably terrible Russian performances in Russian (no English) and make a few choices. You can't beat the visual quality of FMV compared to any rendered graphics, but the rest of the package here fails... and remember, this isn't a full game, just an advertisement/demo for the full thing. Which doesn't exist, just one more chapter you have to pay for. Let's look at the price and what kind of value this actually offers gamers. You're expected to pay up $1 to unlock content through DLC purchases. The game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. Игра 'Role Player: Full Immersion' - это глоток свежего воздуха для любителей глубоких текстовых RPG. Сразу чувствуется, что разработчики вложили душу в проработку мира и персонажей. Система принятия решений действительно влияет на ход истории, а последствия порой оказываются неожиданными и даже горькими. Мне особенно понравилось разнообразие доступных архетипов персонажей и возможность влиять на их моральный облик. Нельзя просто быть однозначно "хорошим" или "плохим" - каждое действие имеет свои последствия, и баланс между добром и злом приходится постоянно держать в голове. Боевая система, хоть и текстовая, получилась достаточно интересной и требует тактического подхода. Здесь важно учитывать не только характеристики персонажа, но и особенности противников, а также использовать доступные возможности окружения. Из минусов могу отметить некоторую монотонность в визуальном оформлении - хотелось бы больше иллюстраций или хотя бы анимированных элементов, чтобы сильнее погрузиться в мир игры. Но это скорее придирка, чем серьезный недостаток. В целом, 'Role Player: Full Immersion' - отличная игра для тех, кто ищет глубокий и продуманный опыт отыгрыша роли.

I really wanted to like this.. i really did. But I just couldnt. lets start with the good things: its short, so you dont have to suffer for too long. Now, lets move to the bad things. Its made with unity, so the interface is really poorly made. subtitels are way too big and they eiter last for a few minutes, or like 2 seconds. So good luck reading them. 30 minutes for the first free chapter. other 2, you have to buy. Time for actually making choices, is like 5 seconds. so before you read the horrible subtitels, you just die. no explanation of the story. ur js a man, that woke up in the woods, and thats it. The character is also an idiot. Found a uselful item, didnt use it now, maybe take it with me? Nahh lets just leave it where we found it. a zone, with a radiation sign? surely nothing will happen, if i go there, right? Right...? Just go to chernobyl irl, way more fun :) 2/10
