Romantic Shooter

the art's nice but there's no gallery and no way to see a full frame of the girls. there's also a bit of a grind as you have to unlock each girl and upgrade your ship or unlock/upgrade other ships. do to the grind i don't know why you would buy the other ships without first maxing the starter one because upgrading another ship just makes you grind longer. you only get one life and the ships fire on their own. lastly on the girls select screen there is an invincible and higher damage toggle so you can lessen the grind a bit. the only real drawback is the fact you can not get a full frame of the girls and if the dev(s) add that i'll change this.

Okay, so there was this series of ero-shmups back in 2017-2018 called DEEP SPACE WAIFU that a lot of these follow-on games are clearly based on, where you shoot the clothes off of girls while fighting enemy ships and bosses. They had some dodgy art at times, but oddly cool thematics, sound design, etc. and were $2, so pretty harmless fun. Romantic Shooter is not that. You see basically every enemy by the 2nd out of 10 stages in the game, there's no real bosses, and the whole design is fairly amateurish. Furthermore, it's an oddly padded game for a game that I finished in literally 1 hour, since a lot of the playtime was my grinding the same stages, not because I was losing, but because I needed more coins in order to unlock the next stage. That's right, you don't even unlock the next stage by completing the previous one, but by paying the same currency you're supposed to use for upgrades, culminating in needing 3 or 4 stages' worth of coins just to unlock the final stage. Also, there's no gallery mode, so you can't even enjoy the art after you've completed the game - and the free-look after you complete a stage is also awkward, with a very bad and ugly motion blur while scrolling…

You shoot clothes off girls. Considering there is a invinicibility mode, you don't even need to worry about the enemies. Decent enough for what it is.

Space invaders has nothing on this amazing & addictive adult arcade shooter game that will not only have you blasting your enemies out of the sky but also the clothes off of multiple beautiful women.

Art looks decent! The game is a bit hard I had to use cheat codes lol
