Russian Prison Tattoo Simulator is a short point & click / narrative experience. You are an artist serving the sentence in the Russian prison. Your talents are in high demand among the inmates, each one of them wanting to have a commemorative tattoo about the time spent in prison. Make tough choices, apply proper tattoos or get punished for your mistakes. Can you survive in prison?

The prison life is tough. Meet other inmates and find out more about their backgrounds. Be careful with your words, for you have to take responsibility for everything you say.
Inmates have their needs and backgrounds. Try to find out what they want before choosing which tattoo to apply or get hurt if you make a mistake.

Each tattoo has its own meaning, a person's tattoos speak louder than words.
Depending on what you do and how well you apply tattoos, your adventure might end differently.

"Some get tattoos for fun, some get tattoos for art. Russians get tattoos for sins." It is a very rough, very amateurish and extremely short little venture exploring one of the most unique criminal tattoo hierarchies ever devised besides that of the Japanese Yakuza. In many ways, the "criminal passport" of the world of Russian prisoners is among the most interesting rabbitholes as far as art and meaning goes. Overall, the game does not glorify or romanticize prison life, but instead it briefly shows the harsh reality of it. Men from the Caucasus give you a Muslim greeting, yet ask you to forcefully tattoo an inmate against their will for the heinous act of the crime that landed him there in the first pla…4 found this helpful

the game is simple, is fast, and it is done with so much heart that is worth it
I'd love more content or a second game. I played through a few times and enjoyed it.

One playthrough, got the good ending. Can't imagine what the bad ending is - well, actually I can, but let's not talk about it, okay? Fun little point and click I'll be playing through again to make different choices. Minimal aesthetic is surprisingly expressive and - there's actually a story! But I gotta tell ya - and no, I never never ever lie, except at my hearing - tattoo dude in Russian Prison Tattoo Simulator is far better than the one I had. Don't ask.
