Disclaimers first, and a bit of a note on taste. Some people may find certain h-scenes not to their taste, and I mean some of these scenes are VERY out there, but you get a taste of what it has to offer within the first 15 minutes of the game, so if you're on the fence you have the time to check it out and check back out. Personally, I wish the l*li content did not exist, and that is my biggest disclaimer. But what can I say? If you enjoy that, the art style for other h-scenes, or are a dedicated sleazebag studying the h-game genre, I recommend Sakura Gozen highly. It is not one of those games where the cover art and the in-game art are swapped around. There are plenty of scenes and a nicely accessible gallery for all the scenes you may miss during gameplay (with hints how to unlock them too.) Amazing pixel art, great story and characters with fun banter that's actually a pretty touching in between dialogue of getting filled with semen. Sadly gameplay is overly easy you can steamroll because a lot of people play with one hand. Don't play this before The Monstrous Horror Show the developer's previous game.

Clearly a good game made with considerable talent and passion but have a feeling a lot of the humour is lost in translation.

Despite some kinks that game leaned into, I had a lof of fun with it. The story was very engaging, characters are likeable, and the visuals are great too. Especially so I liked the interactability of some H-scenes, quite neat if you ask me. Combat design was fine, and added QTE is refreshing after countless games where spamming basic attacks solves 90% of the fights. Can't wait for a new stuff from this developer.
