Amazing pixel art, great story and characters with fun banter that's actually a pretty touching in between dialogue of getting filled with semen. Sadly gameplay is overly easy you can steamroll because a lot of people play with one hand. Don't play this before The Monstrous Horror Show the developer's previous game.1 found this helpful
It maybe a porn game but what a impressive story
"A review? HAHA. A samurai has no need of a review. She lets her martial prowess speak for itself. What? Wait, what are you-" Ignore her, gamers. I have brought tidings from the castle straight to your request box. The murmur on the lips of the entire domain carries but one important missive: play Sakura Gozen. Let's get into why! Disclaimers first, and a bit of a note on taste. Some people may find certain h-scenes not to their taste, and I mean some of these scenes are VERY out there, but you get a taste of what it has to offer within the first 15 minutes of the game, so if you're on the fence you have the time to check it out and check back out. Personally, I wish the l*li content did not exist, and that is my biggest disclaimer. But what can I say? If you enjoy that, the art style for other h-scenes, or are a dedicated sleazebag studying the h-game genre, I recommend Sakura Gozen highly. It is not one of those games where the cover art and the in-game art are swapped around. There are plenty of scenes and a nicely accessible gallery for all the scenes you may miss during gameplay (with hints how to unlock them too.) The proportions of our esteemed heroine are never not inten…
Peak is what I play these kinds of videogames for. And this one delivers.
A fun tale of a muscle-headed samurai with a surprising emotional core to the story carried by its lovable characters. Gameplay is turn-based JRPG with active inputs. The h-game aspect is also very well done, especially if you are a fan of corruption. Highly recommended!
