Sandripper is a high-intensity indie roguelike shooter developed and published by Mackenzie Palmer that focuses on fast, explosive combat and short but intense survival sessions. Set in a harsh desert landscape under constant attack, the game places players in control of a powerful hover tank designed to fight overwhelming enemy forces. Rather than building its appeal around a complex narrative, the game emphasizes pure action and mechanical skill. Every run becomes a test of reflexes, positioning, and strategic weapon use as players attempt to survive increasingly chaotic waves of enemies that fill the battlefield with explosions and projectiles. The premise of Sandripper is intentionally simple but effective. Players pilot a futuristic war machine called the Sandripper, a nuclear-powered hover tank equipped with experimental weapons and powerful thrusters. A pretty fun game, different kinds weapons with unique characteristics. It's worth the money for a causal game experience

Very barebones, there's not even any music, it looks like a demo and not a full game. Since level progression is the same every time it feels tedious to replay. The controls also feel odd and unresponsive at times.

This is simple, small, and an absolute joy. While it IS technically a roguelike with a sort of survivors style upgrades, you hit them after waves passed and it's more like a score attack game. These are usually the types of things that I play for a little bit, get bored of, and never come back to. I've come back to this one. I'm going to come back to it again. It's very good, and an absolute gem.

very addicting play loop. get new weapons upgrade and move on. its a single run kind of game that means you have one life per run and any upgrades are wiped when you die.
