I don't usually give up on games but I gave up on this hidden object game. It is just so damn broken. It is one of those that just have a set of levels (you look for pars of items in most of them), but some of them are straight up broken and pretty much impossible to solve. I think this is the 3rd or 4th game I have played that it is literally the same (including bugs) just reskined to look different and this one was by far the worst and most unplayable of them all. Ignoring game bugs it works fine on Linux with Proton (6.3-2).7 found this helpful
Pathetic timers do not give enough time!! If you fail because of running out of time. When they give you another one with the same items, they should provide more time! Imbecile devs!3 found this helpful
I don't tend to write negative reviews, but this game felt like it actively wanted to disrespect my time and intelligence. The story proper had not yet begun by the time I gave up (level 26) - though I'm not sure I can really call it that. Don't buy, even on sale.
Look, I love hidden object games. But this one tested my patience! If you're wondering about a storyline, don't play this game. It's a scene to scene of random hidden object moments. There may be a sentence to 'advance' the story, but after an hour, nothing was resolved, and the timer is unforgiving - and also unexpected, there's nothing letting you know you have a few seconds left. Two and half minutes to find 40 pairs/triplets? All it reinforced was that I hate clutter - and there was NOTHING to show that I had done anything in the next scene. As others have said, it gets repetitive extremely quickly, and very frustrating as well. I feel sorry for the girl that is in the story, because very very few (if any) will get to the end. I played for an hour, and did not reach ANY of the story mentioned in the "About This Game". At all. Not bad enough to slog through it, though.
I'm a little surprised at the negativity towards this game. It does have it's issues, but for what it is (HOG), it does that in a suitable fashion. The graphics are fine, as is the sound. The story is a bit on the wonky side however... probably due to translation issues. You are competing against a timer as you find objects, so there can be times where things are a bit of a grind if you don't get the objects and have to do the whole puzzle over. It would have been nice to have some achievements, but all in all, I'd place it at a 6.5/10.
