The game is simply too incomplete and short to excuse its price. If it was for the visual novel part alone, this game would be no more than 1,5 hours, but instead it's padded by the rhythm game sections which make no sense. I love rhythm games, I've tried many and I'm pretty decent at them, so I have standards to say that the songs in this game are way too long (the average RG song is around 2 minutes at best) and most of them not engaging enough, it feels like you're playing with background music, not an actual song. I only really had fun with the last three at the end, the rest felt like a slog to go through. Because of this, I ended up caring more about advancing the plot, and I just kept getting annoyed at having to play these long, boring tracks for 3 minutes (if not more) at a time, because they were necessary to progress the story. I've played rhythm game/visual novel fusion games before, and they tackled the two elements more seamlessly than this. Maybe because they don't stop the story to immediately throw you into the RG, but instead give you a selection to play from and wait for you to fill a progress bar; even though in theory this sounds like it would be more annoy…1 found this helpful
Played this game since demo release. Love the arcade part of this game so much it broke both my S and D keys to a point where I need to aggressively tap them to get it to register [the A key is next just you wait] 10/10 game1 found this helpful
This game is actually so hilarious and fun. Ive hardly played that long and I know its gonna be one hell of a ride. I really love story games, romance, AND rhythm games so this seemed perfect. Not even 2 minutes in and I'm already laughing so hard just by the dialogue options and voice acting, Definitely worth the purchase and will be playing A LOT of this.
This is a really fun game. Itnis absically my first rythm game so i played it on easy, which was still.. "challenging" for me but i think i only failed one or two tracks once and then i was good. I like the story adnt he characters were diverse. The most amazing thing i have to highlight however was the music. Each of the songs were fun, diverse and catchy as hell, this gme was super fun and i cant wait for more. 💜 I didnt know the main character was a guy and i made my name before figuring it out from the dialogue so i made this game yuri xd I thijnk i will be coming back to the arcade mode, though i doubt i would be able to play it on medium or hard, but thats a me problem
