This game absolutley sucked in most aspects you could criticise a horror game.First of all in the beginning of the game the atmosphere seemed hella sick and creepy the graphics were kinda intruiging for the first 10 minutes BUT it ALL went DOWNHILL from there. The moment i realised most of the scenes and monster encounters are scripted but NOT a cutscene makes the game feel like it was made with 1 dollar budget and kinda ruined the mood . SECONDLY the level designs were the most GMOD ♥♥♥♥ i ever have seen and pretty sure i can find the mod of the map here and tottally find a scarier one to replace it. For me to not ♥♥♥♥ on it completley i have to say it was nice that it gave instructions on the items and how to act against the monsters BUT AT THE SAME TIME it ruined the horror aspect of the monsters to the point of them being lame . Also the fact that you only have one life ruins the game bcs of the amount of progress you need to pass the level. Furthermore the solution to pass the level Was pretty linear in a very lame way for example the foot fetish apparatition on a certain level destroyed its whole image by running in the same scripted manner from the cave to the front doo…2 found this helpful
If you don't like to memorize the map, don't buy this game, but Shadow Corridor 2 instead. This game is challenging, but no map, you have to memorize the structure. And when it comes to sixth level, the map becomes so complex, I spent 6 hours, and I still don't figure it out and failed to win. But in Shadow Corridor 2, you can choose to have a map, and the levels are challenging too.1 found this helpful
