I was a little cautious opening this. And yeah it felt a bit weird, but only at first. Won me over real fast. An amazing experience. Thank you to the dev, both for the curator copy of the game and for making it in the first place. The world needs more games like this.1 found this helpful
A short and sweet game with a good amount of replayability, and a lovely focus on community and relationships. Every part of it feels so charming and handmade, and it's also queer as hell, which I love. It delves into several important topics, offering a glossary to help you better understand certain terms, and is very well done in my opinion. The author clearly went to great lengths to make their handling of these topics sensitive and accurate, and all that effort really shines. I found myself really relating to the character of Marina, and hearing about her struggles made me feel very seen. It's always nice when a game can connect with you on a personal level like that, and I loved how they talked about polyamory and love in general. It was very uplifting, and well-written. I definitely plan on checking out the other storylines, but that one really stood out to me. The art style is cute and cosy, with hand-embroidered backgrounds and simple character sprites. I really liked the exaggerated expressions, which made me laugh a few times. The soundtrack is absolutely fantastic, with several original songs composed for this game.
