Sheepy: A Short Adventure is a short, free to play platformer where you play a plushy that's come to life. For a free game, it looks and sounds stunning! It's in full pixel art, and the game is scored pretty well. I also think the movement and progression is pretty fun despite it being quite short, since there are some "boss fights" where you gain some movement abilities and it's quite satisfying, although the platforming challenges aren't insanely difficult. But above all else, I really love the ending (which I won't spoil). But I recommend everyone checks it out!

Absolutely wonderful. you start as a weak sheep and as you go on you become stronger, have your own arch nemesis, then find out why he was like that, then you choose to give back your powers, save your friend and leave together. also I forgot to mention the graphics - absolutely phenomenal and the best of all THE MUSIC - absolutely phenomenal x2 absolute cinema. would i recommend? absolutely. was it fun? absolutely. was it worth my time? absolutely. should you play it instead of reading reviews? absolutely. (works amazing on 4gb ram aswell and ♥♥♥♥ 13 year old laptop.)

Sheepy: A Short Adventure is a 2D platformer where you play as the character Sheepy as you traverse abandoned mines. It has an overarching plot in which you fulfil your destiny as Sheepy whilst battling against evil. The thing that stands out about Sheepy: A Short Adventure is its atmosphere. It sucks you in and immerses you in the world you're traversing, leaving you so mesmerised that you forget about your surroundings and focus solely on the game. This is mainly thanks to the cinematic sound design. The music isn't just there to be listened to; instead, it becomes such an integral part of the game that the experience wouldn't be the same without it. The same can be said for the sound effects. Every time you use an ability, the sound effects, combined with the controller vibration, add a satisfying touch, which led me to use them constantly just for the ear candy. Another great thing about Sheepy: A Short Adventure is its art style. It's pleasant and enjoyable to look at. From the soft glow of crystals within the mines to the auroras in the sky, the visuals paint a vivid picture in places the sounds can't reach.
