We got Void Stranger at Home. Void Stranger at Home: But seriously, it's very short but got cute ideas and puzzles. Prizepoint is a bit hefty for what's there, but if you can get it cheap, sure.

This game is so much fun! I really enjoyed solving the puzzles! Some were tricky and gave me a headache, but that made solving them even more satisfying. The cute art style and relaxing gameplay make it a great indie game to play when you’re looking for something fun and challenging. Definitely worth a try! <3 :3

As such it feels like a fairly fresh puzzler, with a lot of different mechanics such as switches that operate remote doors, lasers that can toggle on and off crystals, etc. The biggest novelty/gimmick is that some of the floor pieces can be picked up and moved around which requires use of the mouse. Thus the game requires both keyboard and mouse to play, however it does work just fine on a laptop (or even touch screen as long as you have access to the keyboard). Unfortunately there is no GamePad support even though I think it would have been less cumbersome. The game takes the laudable approach of teaching you how to play it by example rather than walls of text. Unfortunately because there are so many mechanics the first 21 levels are basically teaching levels with almost zero difficulty. Thus the game is much smaller than it might seem based on the total number of 45 levels. This also means that the first 20 minutes of the game are somewhat under-satisfying since you're just learni…

As a professional game reviewer, my copy was provided to me by the developer. (I've really hit a low in my life calling myself that) The worst thing about this game is because it's really small so there's no online guides for when you're stuck. It's a lot like playing point and click adventures without a guide, ungodly frustrating but when you get it you'll stare at the computer contemplating the universe after having ascended to a higher plane of thought. Unlike Broken Sword though, these puzzles actually make sense. I was having a great time with the game before the last level but that jump in difficulty was really something and so the game kept me busy way longer than I ever expected. More of this would be great but my only complaint is regarding the last level because I feel like I cheesed it rather than beating it the intended way. If so it could be my failing or a lack of communication in how the mechanic used to beat it works. Ultimately a great little game well worth the price and I have high expectations for the dev in the future.
