Looks like I'm the first to post an English review of what's been released to Early Access so far, so here goes... Yep. This is a Dark Souls clone. What it gets right is the graphics and sound, which is in Unreal Engine 5. It looks really good and the sound is your typical orchestral Souls-like boss music. Nice. What it gets wrong is the gameplay - or complete lack of any interesting gameplay. Also there's not much content. It shows a lot of promise, but it still feels like an alpha of an unfinished game - because that's what it is. The developers have still got a lot of work ahead of them before this comes out of Early Access. So far, there's no plot or lore. The combat is boring and spammy. You don't lock on to targets, and there's no dodging, blocking, parrying, or anything that makes the combat interesting. You have a choice of light or hard hit and that's it. Then you just spam attacks and hope the enemy falls over before you do. It's just not fun. The only level you get to explore - while gorgeous to look at - is small and you'll see all the game has to offer in the first 30 minutes.
