Soul Stalker

This is a very cute game with a lot of care put into it. I don't usually like rougelikes, but this game gives you multiple ways to create builds for different characters that work well with the rougeish elements. I enjoy the 2.5D art style this developer sometimes uses, and hope to see more developers adopt it in the future. I would say this game has a little indie jank. You can't choose to back out of the buy menu on the weapon's page, so if you misclicked you cannot go back and upgrade your weapon instead. Also, the shrine at the end of the game could use a shortcut to get back to the hub, or some way to activate it for different characters from the UI. Also the tutorial at the beginning of the game is a little jarring. It's not too big of a deal since the mechanics are simple to grasp, but in a more complex game something like that would turn me away. The developers should work on their storytelling. Their art and atmosphere are amazing, but even a little practice on their writing craft would go a long way.

Quite basic arena type game. It is annoying having to walk to open the doors and then go back to the campfire. Only recommended while 50% discount (or more) Feels like a mobile game with poor pc controls and binding.

criminally underratted mashup of Vampire Survivors and a Rougelike. Well made and well polished.

A great intro into vampire survivor like games. Was able to keep my very short attention span long enough to fully 100% it. Very fun but very easy especially once you learn how to play. Overall I had a great time : )

Kinda underrated survivor-like tbh. I did find it pretty easy however I also found some fun cheese and strats. When actually playing I love the various weapons, combos, and skills that all tight together in this simple, cozy game. I would def recommend giving it a shot!
