About Space Salvager
Forge your own path, your own destiny. Live on the fringes of society and pick the bones of the fallen. Become a miner and trawl the constellation for exotic ores. Take the fight to wherever you choose, hunting pirates and renegades from port to port.
You choose what ship to use, what metal to make it out of, what equipment to put on it. You choose what to specialise in, the more you play the better you become, the more you use something the better it becomes. You choose where to go, what missions to take, where to fly and when. There are threats, the unforgiving cartel, unstable wreckage and even mining asteroids can be lethal. Never fly alone with local co-operative play.

This game is incomplete and appears to be abandoned. Features are missing, what's available is super short, and a lot of the game is very broken. :-(20 found this helpful
Doesn't explain how to progress.
Deffo not worth the asking price. If you want what this game offers (an older style open-world space simulation where you create your own adventure) you can get the original X: Beyond the Frontier or X2: The Threat for cheaper. I promise you will get much more bang for your buck. You'll also get a third dimension. Or get Reassembly for decent top-down space fights if you prefer to stick to two. Menus are highly unintuitive. Changing button mapping does not update pop-up tips. Crashes constantly. Gameplay feels very basic. No discernable guidance. Needs a lot of polish.
JUNK
I'll just say that i didn't enjoy my time playing this game, felt like effort to try and play. Controls are ok, but menus in station are diabolical. Very much a grind. Feels like a game built by someone that once watched someone play a similar game.
Tags: Tactical - Sci Fi Sandbox Additional Tags : Delete Local Contents & Remove from library TLDR: Odd interface. Large universe consists almost only of Empty Space, Mountains(wormholes) and Hourglasses(Stations). An asteroid mining game where you sell stuff at stations and upgrade your ship and take on jobs. Has a proper map and some economy and itemization. I simply find the title to be too audiovisually deficient and low budget to warrant spending time into when I have better titles waiting.
