Pretty, charming, and clearly made with the same love and wanderlust that defines Outer Wilds' beautiful worlds. Full of potential and pretty little scenes- and for just a few bucks, it's supporting an indie dev making something beautiful. No fancy mechanics, just a pretty little walking simulator ready to make some gorgeous screenshots. Go explore.4 found this helpful
Really cool, but not a lot to do currently.2 found this helpful
Saw a post pertaining to the Outer Wilds inspo for this game and I can see it! It's cute! Exploring the cool presumable procedurally generated systems is a cozy concept! I had this game in my wishlist for a while and finally got to play it! However, as much as I'd like to love this game... there's just a small big issue that I have. And it's the experience itself. Let me elaborate in a few key points and suggestions: 1) Lack of Sound: This is one of the major things that makes enjoying the game difficult. The lack of responsive sound design. It's the little things, like step sounds, thruster sounds, water splash, breathing, taking a picture, all that! The bare minimum is just adding sound effects that play when I interact with the world and do things. Those would make the experience so much more better and cozy. Diagetic sounds. 2) Lack of Animation: To add to the lack of sound, there is also barely animation. Like putting down the flag, or taking a picture. Adding a camera overlay when holding down the camera button and it snapping when let go. Like the previous point, it's the little things, just a little camera shake. Just simple feedback animations can go a long way. 3) I'm ju…1 found this helpful
I haven't put much time into it yet, but I will. This is probably one of the most relaxing games I've played. The music is nice, good for floating around the stars. There is some planet variety (I even found and landed on a comet) - I am not sure if there would be enough to keep me exploring for some of the larger achievements. This will be one of those games that I come to every so often to take a break from survival, or base building, or puzzles. It is relaxation more than anything.1 found this helpful
Reminds me of eastshade a bit, nice
Space Tourist is a game where you're... A Space Tourist With plenty sectors, each containing many solar systems and multiple planets per star, I assure that you will not run out of opportunities to make photos The planets have various features including, but not limited to: rings, oceans, mountains, trees and sometimes even moons The game is relatively cheap and in my opinion pretty decent Overall a nice wallpaper producer!
