That is craziest gaming experience i've ever had, I've never seen such an abstract game mechanic collection, and the unique sound design and voice acting of everything you might need are simply excellent, and not knowing chinese only puts a cherry on top. Even after playing only 40 minutes of it, I can't describe all the emotions and doubts about my future that this game has given me. (It's a really cool game, I actually liked it <3 )

SpaceShips is an unabashed, lazy ripoff of StarSector (Copyright Fractal Softworks, 2013). Many lazy "amateur" developers don't pay attention to their obligations under copyright law, and often steal the ideas of actual, real game developers without credit, such as the "developer" here has done. At this stage no legal action has been taken by Fractal Softworks against the "developer" here, but it's never off the table, as previous copyright law cases have shown. Putting aside the unethical intellectual bankruptcy of stealing someone else's game concept for profit, this is also breaking that unwritten law of stealing other people's game ideas... you should at least try to do better than the game you're ripping off. SpaceShips is considerably worse than StarSector. It's an incomplete, buggy mess, and the developer abandoned this 6 months ago. They made a commitment to finish and publish the game in 2021, but failed... instead choosing to take gamers money and not deliver the product. Unethical abuse of Early Access. Really not okay.
