SportsBlitz is a fast-paced, retro-inspired microgame collection where every second counts. Jump between dozens of bite-sized sports challenges, each lasting only a few frantic moments, as you race to win rounds, avoid elimination, and climb the leaderboard. Every game throws you into a new skill test: fencing duels, top-down dodging, quick-reaction inputs, and more, all wrapped in a nostalgic CRT-TV presentation.Easy to learn but chaotic to master, SportsBlitz delivers classic WarioWare-style energy with a distinct pixel-sports aesthetic. Only for achievement hunters!
Reminiscent of quick flash challenge games, it's bogged by the time between each micro game, which often is longer than the actual play time of any individual micro game. If the time between the micro games was sped up it would feel better. Also, the super annoying music gives it an instant not recommend, it's a 5 second loop that you'll want to turn within half a minute. Ultimately though, this feels less like a real game, and more like someone messing around in Unity and seeing if they can complete a game and post it on Steam. In that regard, as a "home work assignment" this passes. But as something to actually play for enjoyment, there is nothing to see here, you can get the Steam achievement it has in under a minute, and move on.
