About StarFringe: Adversus
✦ AI summary
Lead humanity's expansion into the Draco constellation by managing innovative resource extraction systems and crushing rival factions in brutal space warfare. This unconventional strategy game reinvents RTS fundamentals with unique mechanics for harvesting, unit control, and victory conditions that reward diverse playstyles.
This is the story about the beginning of the conquest of outer space by earthlings. It began as a global idea of saving mankind from hunger and lack of resources, and ended as a brutal and merciless war in space far from Earth. The target was a group of planetary systems in the constellation Draco, and what was found there changed everything ...
The game is not a classic real-time strategy (RTS) - we changed the basic principles of resource harvesting, units control and implemented a number of interesting ideas(unusual for RTS). We expect that this will give players a new gaming experience and bring a lot of fun.
The main goal of the player - the organization of an effective system of extraction and processing of resources to get the maximum benefits in the construction and research, capture control points on the map and the complete destruction of the enemy. Style of gameplay can be different, depending on the conditions of victory.
The game has a built-in wiki, which will be expanded with the development of the project and will help players to understand the intricacies of the gameplay.

This costs a dollar. It's listed, for one dollar. Besides the fact that it is an incomplete game, it also plays very slow. It has the mechanics of an RTS with the pacing of a colony sim. It could use a speed up option. I also experienced at least one instance of the game crashing during normal play. I can't recommend this game, even for a dollar. There's a game in here if someone would complete it and give it quality of life updates. I think you'll find you'll waste your time on this one.2 found this helpful
StarFringe: Adversus is an ambitious indie real-time strategy game that sets out to blend classic RTS sensibilities with lighter 4X-inspired systems in a stark science-fiction setting. Developed by Casualogic in collaboration with Droid Riot and published by Conglomerate 5, the game positions players in a hostile future where humanity’s expansion into deep space has devolved into ruthless conflict over dwindling resources. From the outset, StarFringe: Adversus makes it clear that survival and dominance hinge on strategic decision-making, efficient expansion, and the ability to react quickly to aggressive AI opponents. The core gameplay is built around fast-paced RTS skirmishes that emphasize territorial control and resource denial rather than traditional base-building sprawl. Players must establish extraction points, secure vital zones, and maintain supply lines while assembling fleets capable of fending off or overwhelming enemy forces. Matches often feel tense, as resources are limited and contested, forcing constant trade-offs between expansion, defense, and offense. This design encourages a proactive playstyle, where hesitation can quickly lead to being outpaced by rival facti…1 found this helpful
