About Stick Spartans
In Stick Spartans up to four Spartans fight by poking each other with sticks to claim the golden helmet.
Stick Spartans brings fast paced family friendly action to the living room with simplistic and easy to learn controls.
Each player controls a Spartan which can run around this confined arena in teams or solo to eliminate the opposing players and rein victorious claiming the golden helmet.
In this arena players poke each other to steal health with their wooden sticks, health is indicated by the bands around their stick. When you run out of health you are eliminated until only one Spartan remains. You can Jump to dodge an attacking Spartan's Stick.
The environment has dust clouds created by player movement, In a large battle the dust cloud can cover up some of the combat so keep track of your player.
Match settings can be adjusted before play like: Stick length, Dual wielding, and movement speed.
Game modes include: Player vs Player and Player vs AI in both 1v1 or 2v2 modes.

With nothing but a will to survive and your ability to jump along with the thrust of your trusty stick, you must crush your opponents without remorse, or they will you. So let's get going and kick some dust up in your opponents face, Released and Self- Published on Jun 15, 2018, by developer Sugoi Yellow, Stick Spartans is a casual, family-friendly, indie game. It has 2 to 4 player local coop, along with single player against bots. There are 4 types of gameplay to choose from: standard, capture the flag, king of the hill and instakill. There are also additional modifiers you can use to change up the gameplay including longer sticks, super speed, and dual sticks. With a simple low poly art style, it is visually pleasing without being cluttered with too many additional background props. There is no storyline for the title; it is a couch potato brawler at heart. It does have a single player mode, but I found the AI to easy to manipulate; a standard round took 3 to 5 secs to beat the opponent, so it got monotonous quite fast. Vey fun game, and perfect to play with friends. And with such a simple easy to grasp concept anyone can pick it up and play. I can also see the possibility of further content to come. e.g customising the helmet your spartan wears, or pehaps even adding different arenas to fight in. Overall it's a really fun game, and I support the developer in all their future projects.5 found this helpful

Achievements for winning in a row are currently bugged. This game is ridiculous. If you are spawned next to the enemy in your attempt to reach 100 wins in a row, you lose for free because it starts attacking before you can even see the game.2 found this helpful
