Streetball VR

Surely the devs could have included more gameplay content than just throwing a basketball to score? Apparently not. I stood here for an hour doing the same repeated motion, of collecting and tossing the orange bouncy ball into the hoop. Again and again, just to get the 100% achievement. The gameplay feels a bit buggy, in that when you pick up the ball it almost always ends up being picked up a different way, and tossed at a different direction. So there's no real strategy on how to pick up the ball and aim. The graphics are smooth, and the music in the game is pretty decent I'll give it that. But for the dull, tedious experience that I had, even the positives could not outweigh the negatives. As it stands, I do not suggest getting Streetball VR.

Streetball VR is a free to play VR basketball game. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has 6 steam achievements. Movement mode is teleport only, does not work well with playing basketball. Has 3 maps. At one time this was a paid program, now it is free. I was sort of able to dribble the balls. The ball feels too light. CONS: Does Not work with Meta Quest 3 via Steam Link, crashes to desktop. Maybe try this game, if you like shooting basketball.

Игра 'Streetball VR' – это отличный способ погрузиться в динамичный мир уличного баскетбола, не выходя из дома. Графика, хоть и не самая передовая, вполне приемлема, а динамичный геймплей и реалистичная физика мяча создают правдоподобное ощущение нахождения на площадке. Особенно радует возможность играть с друзьями в мультиплеере, отрабатывая броски и отражая атаки противника плечом к плечу. Система бросков требует некоторой сноровки, но как только освоишься – попадать мячом в корзину становится очень приятным занятием. Разнообразие площадок и возможность кастомизации персонажа добавляют реиграбельности. Конечно, есть еще куда расти, например добавить больше режимов игры и улучшить искусственный интеллект противников в одиночной игре, но уже сейчас 'Streetball VR' – это добротный VR-тайтл, который заслуживает внимания любителей баскетбола. Рекомендую к покупке!
