About Submarine Craft
SubmarineCraft is a game that allows you to freely construct watercraft for exploring the ocean.Dive into uncharted depths with your self-built submarine, navigate past erupting undersea volcanoes, or discover ancient ruins slumbering on the seabed. Here, you can freely build vintage steamships, high-tech super submarines, or deep-sea research submersibles. Every block in the game has its own physical properties. The game features real-time physics simulation for all aspects—including buoyancy—replacing traditional health bars.【Game Features】1. 3D and 2D EditorsThe game provides a 3D editor for designing the exterior model of your submarine, and a 2D editor for constructing its internal structure. A well-designed submarine requires careful consideration of both its internal (2D) and external (3D) layouts.2. Physics SimulationIn the 3D view, the game primarily simulates collisions. Other physical aspects are simulated in the 2D view, such as temperature and pressure. Submarines ascend and descend by adjusting the amount of water in their ballast tanks. Using the game's physics engine, you can also build offshore factories to process mined underwater ores and expand your maritime enterprise.3. Career ModeStart with just a few wooden planks and grow into a shipping tycoon; begin with a small warehouse and build it into an ocean-spanning conglomerate. Nice ! :) nice controls to make it auto-work ... i just dont get the physics of ballast - it dont consider the air/stell used to make a "needed air/water" ballast.. it simple put any ballast as perfect.. so.. it not seems real or " physics sim" to me... this was the most important thing to deal with.. you need to make a structure that have air inside, and you need do admin the fuel/water/air inside to make it fload or deep or stabilize with constructed ballasts... BUT... seems that any ballast with any size works as itself in any case.... you can make a 4blocks stell wall all arround or 1block wall and the same ballast size will fit... the fun of this sim was the physics of a sub.. and the construction of it... the dev added a kind of ai enemy and cannon and torpedoes... and 3d stuff over it.. and at the end the basics are just pass tru... i sugest that we need to have the need to manage the steel mass x air x water mass suposed used and inside.. to project a ballast that meet all that.. and motors and torpedoes and stuff need also to have that mass.. maybe add mass to stell blocks ? and make air blocks with variable mass x pressure... so we also can pump and pres…11 found this helpful

Nice idea, but it seems super complex to do even a super simple sub. There is a tutorial, but its a wall of text... Nope, sorry. Could be fun, maybe, but it is just too much/unfun work to get into it.2 found this helpful
