Sudoku Dreams (2025)

Looks pretty clean, but lacks basic quality-of-life features that can be found in many other sudoku versions.

Sudoku Dreams is exactly the kind of game I can open when I want something quiet and simple. It does not try to reinvent Sudoku or add a big story around it. I just get a clean puzzle, sit down and work through it at my own pace. I actually appreciate that because sometimes I would rather have a game that knows exactly what it is instead of adding a load of unnecessary stuff. There are four difficulty levels, going from Casual through Standard and Expert to Master, so I can choose how much of a challenge I want. The puzzles are the normal Sudoku format, but the difficulty makes a pretty big difference once I get into the harder ones. I like having that range because I can play something relaxing when I am tired or spend longer working through a puzzle when I actually want to think. The interface is probably one of the better parts for me. It is clean, easy to understand and does not get in the way of the puzzle. I can also change the themes and colours, which is a small thing but makes the game more comfortable for longer sessions.
